1. What Shell City is

Shell City is a game on Roblox. Its money, $SHELL, is a token on the Solana blockchain. Shell City is custodial: we hold the keys and keep your balance in our ledger, so you never handle a private key in the game.

2. Who may use the money features

To deposit or withdraw $SHELL you must be at least 18 and of legal age to hold digital assets where you live, and holding them must be lawful there. You also have to follow Roblox's Terms of Use.

3. No guarantees

$SHELL is not an investment, and nothing we say is financial advice. Its price can fall to zero. In-game earnings are never guaranteed, and wages depend on what other players spend. You can lose what you put in.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Only $SHELL sent to your own deposit address is credited, once Solana marks it final. Withdrawals carry the fee shown in the bank and are subject to limits. We may hold a withdrawal for review (for example, a wallet several accounts pay into) and may refuse it if it breaks these terms, returning the amount to your balance. Tokens sent to the wrong address or chain may be lost.

5. Fair play

No cheating, exploits, bots, automation or running several accounts to farm. We may reverse what was gained that way, suspend money features or close the account.

6. Service

The game and its money features can be paused, changed or stopped, for maintenance, security or by law. If we ever close the money features for good, we will give notice and a window to withdraw.

7. Liability

Shell City is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from price changes, network failures, mistakes you make sending tokens, or events outside our control.
