How do I start?
Join Shell City on Roblox, drink at the fountain and eat at the Soup Kitchen (both free), then pick a job off the board at the Corner. Your wage lands when you clock out.
How do I put $SHELL in?
Open the bank and ask for your deposit address. Send $SHELL to it from your own Solana wallet. Only $SHELL counts: other tokens sent there are not credited. A deposit is credited once Solana marks it final, usually within a minute.
How do I take $SHELL out?
At the bank, choose Withdraw, paste your own Solana address and the amount. The bank shows the fee and what arrives before you confirm. Payouts settle on Solana, usually within a few minutes.
Why is my withdrawal on hold?
A payout to a wallet that several accounts send to is held for a person to check, to stop farming. Holds are reviewed by hand; if one is refused, the $SHELL goes back to your balance.
I sent the wrong token, or to the wrong address.
Send us the transaction signature and your Roblox username (below). We can look, but tokens sent to an address the city does not control cannot be recovered.

Message @ShellCityFun on X with your Roblox username and, for a deposit or withdrawal, the transaction signature.
Will you ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Shell City never asks for a seed phrase or private key, never asks you to connect a wallet, and never messages you first about money. Anyone who does is not us.
